By accessing or using Experience Bethel (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
2.1
You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform.
2.2
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for
all activities that occur under your account.
2.3
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep
your profile information updated.
2.4
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this Platform.
2.5
The Platform reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at
its sole discretion.
3. User Content
3.1
The Platform allows users to post activities, create profiles, and share content ("User
Content").
3.2
By posting User Content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection
with providing and promoting the Platform.
3.3
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you
post and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
3.4
You acknowledge that all User Content is stored on our servers and may be cached, copied, or
archived by the Platform or any search engine or other third party.
4. Content Removal and Prohibited Activities
4.1
Content Removal Rights: The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove,
edit, or refuse to display any User Content that is deemed inappropriate, abusive, illegal,
or in violation of these Terms of Use or the rights of others. This includes, but is not
limited to, content that:
4.1.1
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
4.1.2
Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual
orientation, or age
4.1.3
Contains sexually explicit material
4.1.4
Promotes illegal activities
4.1.5
Infringes on intellectual property rights
4.1.6
Contains false or misleading information
4.1.7
Violates any applicable law or regulation
4.1.8
Promotes dangerous activities or self-harm
4.1.9
Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
4.2
The Platform is not obligated to pre-screen, monitor, or remove User Content, but may do so
at any time without prior notice.
4.3
The Platform may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly post inappropriate or
abusive content.
4.4
The Platform may report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
5. Prohibited User Conduct
5.1
You agree not to:
5.1.1
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
5.1.2
Impersonate any person or entity
5.1.3
Stalk, harass, or harm another individual
5.1.4
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
5.1.5
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
5.1.6
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
5.1.7
Use any automated means to access the Platform
5.1.8
Circumvent any technological measures implemented to protect the Platform
5.1.9
Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
6. Privacy and Data Security
6.1
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by
reference into these Terms of Use.
6.2
The Platform implements reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot
guarantee absolute security.
6.3
In the event of a data breach, the Platform will notify affected users as required by
applicable law.
6.4
You consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as
described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grower's
Guild LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws.
7.2
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without
prior written consent.
7.3
The Platform respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the
same.
7.4
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please submit a detailed
notice to support@growersguild.org.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2
Experience Bethel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
8.3
The total liability of Experience Bethel for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed
the amount paid by you, if any, to Experience Bethel for the past six months of service.
8.4
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of
liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
9.1
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Experience Bethel, its affiliates,
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses,
costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
9.1.2
Your User Content
9.1.3
Your violation of these Terms
9.1.4
Your violation of any rights of another
9.1.5
Your conduct in connection with the Platform
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1
Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform
shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a chosen arbitration service
under their rules.
10.2
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or
class-wide arbitration.
